connecting, empowering, healing
I believe that therapy and yoga are tools to create more connection, empowerment, and healing in the world. I also believe that wounds cannot be healed, and empowerment cannot be realized until we begin to do the difficult work of self-reflection. I seek to untangle the patterns we recreate, then repair and reweave a unique tapestry through movement, within relationships, and connected to the communities in which we are rooted.

Individual and Family Therapy
untangle the patterns of generations past
individual Therapy
I work with individuals ages four and older in a therapeutic setting to help strengthen their relationships with themselves and others. My approach to therapy is systemic, acknowledging the effects of relational, cultural, and social forces on our lives.
Family therapy
Many families need help untangling the threads of generational patterns that have outlived their usefulness, and are ready to create new ways of being. I work with children and their families to learn effective tools to become stronger together.
