TRAUMA-INFORMED YOGA
Stress and trauma can rewire our brains in an effort to keep us safe. While these life-saving responses can be can helpful in the short-term, living life in a constantly dysregulated or hypervigilant state can cause harm in the long run. Trauma-informed yoga can help untangle sensory and emotional triggers to bring you more peace, understanding, and overall wellbeing.
